Pinecones are one of our favorite craft supplies around here!
We've made ornaments, wreaths, garlands, and table decor with pine cones, and we still aren't tired of them!
Today, we are using pinecones from my yard (cleaned and ready for crafts) and make cute mini pom pom pinecone trees!
Here's how to do it!
How to Make Mini Pompom Pinecone Trees
Step 1. Gather Supplies
Supplies Needed:
- Pinecones (cleaned using this tutorial on how to clean pinecones for crafts if you collect your own.)
- Mini Pompoms
- Hot Glue Gun and Glue
Step 2. Hot glue pompoms to the ends of the pinecone.
That's it!
You now have a mini pine cone Christmas tree with tiny pom pom "ornaments" on it!
We love using pinecones for all different types of craft projects.
There are pine trees in our yard, so we just walk outside and the ground is covered with them!
(I know not everyone has this luxury. Thankfully, pinecones are easy to buy online if you can't collect them from your own yard!)
They can be made into so many different things like pine cone ornaments, pine cone wreaths, and pine cone garlands.
These mini pom pom pine cone trees are a great addition to the pinecone craft collection!
