I love photographing in new locations. It makes me think creatively, instead of falling back on what I may have already done or tried. When the Luft family contacted me about coming to their home in Staples, MN and photographing their three kids, I jumped at the chance. Thanks to my trusty new GPS who I lovingly named Myrtle, I arrived there on time and in one piece. The light was beautiful and the weather perfect. Except for a few unwanted deer flies [thank goodness for the spot heal tool!!] the session was fantastic.
