I absolutely love photographing events that center around such an amazing accomplishment – 4 decades of love and companionship – which resulted in ALL of the people in the photos below. How great is that? I told Amy I was absolutely game and we polished the details.
Despite a little driving hitch [I don’t own a gps and my phone is not on the web], I found the absolutely STUNNING cabin that the whole family had rented for the weekend. It was up on the Whitefish chain, and the drive out to it was beautiful. I drove about 4 mph so I could soak in the scenery. We were blessed with perfect temperatures, a breeze, and almost all smiley kids. It was a wonderful way to spend a summer Saturday morning in the Brainerd Lakes Area.
Amy, I’m so thankful that you contacted me about photographing your family. What a great group you all are. God bless!
xoxo,
L
