Tori and Derek were planning their wedding for July 2011 when I first met this last fall. Then, because of Tori’s brother’s assignment in the Navy, they made the decision to push their wedding back a few months to October so that her brother would be home. Military blood runs through Tori’s family, and because of my history with Matt in the Marines, I understand.
Tori and Derek are high school sweethearts and they are also parents of the cutest little spitfire, Hayden. Surrounded by their family and friends, and their son, they promised each other forever and said “I Do.” Their wedding reception included a candy bar [not to be confused with candy bar like a Twix], some of the most heartfelt speeches I’ve ever heard, and a packed dance floor. The party was rockin’ all night long!
To the new Mr. and Mrs. Fredrickson – thank you both for choosing me as your wedding photographer. The day was perfect and it was an honor to be a part of it. God bless your family! xx, Laura
Their wedding was at the First Lutheran Church in Aitkin and their reception took place at the 40 Club, also in Aitkin.
