Spring has eluded us this year. Well, technically it’s here, but it sure hasn’t felt like it. We’ve had this cycle of a day of warmth and then several days of cold with rain or even snow. We got a couple inches of snow several different times in April. Then the cycle would start over with a day of sun and warmth and then more cold.
It’s normal to see snow flakes fall onto the grass in November. But to see fresh buds on the trees, and new green grass starting to poke up, and then to watch snow flakes fall steadily… that messes with my internal bio rhythms or something. The poor robins don’t know what to do!
This is what a snow in April looks like. Thank goodness the ground was warm enough that the snow melted when it landed instead of sticking.
š I just got my 1st pair of Toms last week.
I bought the rugged blue jean ones. They are so comfy. I love them for photo shoots. I am thinking about getting the blue and white striped ones next.
What dreary weather you have. Yuck. But, your Tom’s sure do brighten it all up. š I love the red!
